For Aloo Tikki:
- 4 medium sized potatoes, boiled and mashed- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled and mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, onions, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.

Divide the potato mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a round and flat shape. Make them a little thin and make them flat.
